Below you find the preliminary program for the 2012 EYE spring conference. The official program starts on Friday, first of June.

Friday 1st of June: |
|
On the first day of the conference, we arranged several interesting company and site visits. So far, we can offer you to visit one of the following places:
After the excursions, we will all gather in the center of Rotterdam, namely in its city hall, for the official opening ceremony. |

Saturday 2nd of June: |
|
On the second day of the conference, we invited several guest speakers and arranged as well several interesting workshops. The two keynote speakers of this event are:
Various organizations are also invited to give presentation on topics related to the event's theme.
Besides these presentations, several workshops will also be held in which the participants will be asked to participated actively. Some of the organizations that will offer these workshops, are:
The day will be closed with a gala dinner and party. |
| Sunday 3rd of June: Cultural day |
| On the last day of the conference, the official EYE council meeting and official closing ceremony will be held. During the rest of the day we will offer you the opportunity to see a bit more of the Netherlands and more specifically Rotterdam and its surroundings with several nice activities. |
